Main Challenges

The previous system was disorganized, and customers lacked visibility on where their orders were and how to manage them. There were also communication gaps between customers, the warehouse staff, and logistics providers. The old branding also did not reflect the new experience the company wanted to offer.

Apptech Solution

We started by restarting Mavera with a new fresh look — with new colors, a robust visual identity, and a business tone. We then designed an intuitive app that gives customers two basic choices: - Shop directly through Mavera's marketplace - Or shop from any Turkish store and ship to Mavera's warehouse with a personal customer code
A barcode-based warehouse app was built to automatically scan, sort, and consolidate shipments — automating the fulfillment process and minimizing mistakes. All activities were linked to a smart admin dashboard for real-time monitoring and control.

Results

Mavera now offers a seamless shopping-to-shipping experience. Consumers enjoy transparency and convenience, and the internal team has a streamlined process to process orders at scale. The new branding helped to boost Mavera's credibility, and the platform is now in a better position to grow and serve more individuals.
